About Men's Checklist

What this is

Men's Checklist offers free, plain-language health checklists for men. The first is The Prostate Checklist. You can print it or save it as a PDF from the page.

This is general health information, not medical advice. We are not doctors, a clinic, or a pharmacy.

How we source

We start with public health agencies and clinical guidelines, then peer-reviewed studies. Reviews and randomized trials come before single observational studies.

The Prostate Checklist draws on NIDDK at the National Institutes of Health, the U.S. Preventive Services Task Force, European Association of Urology guidelines, the American Cancer Society, and peer-reviewed studies. Every source is listed at the bottom. These organizations have not reviewed or endorsed the checklist.

We say how strong the evidence is: "commonly advised" is not "proven." We don't use blogs, forums, or AI-generated claims as sources. We use numbers only when we can point to where they came from. When evidence changes, we update the checklist and its date.

How we make money

After sign-up, we send emails with health information and occasional paid promotions for health products. We may earn a commission if you buy through our links. Promotional emails are labeled as ads.

The checklist itself doesn't promote any product. You can unsubscribe any time.

What we won't do

We won't invent studies or customer stories, tell you to stop a medicine, or sell email addresses.
