Privacy Policy
Effective September 16, 2026
The short version
- We collect your email address when you ask for a checklist, and a record that you agreed to hear from us.
- Asking for The Prostate Checklist tells us you're interested in prostate health. Some state laws treat that as consumer health data. We treat it that way everywhere.
- We do not sell your email address or your health information.
- We do not share your health information with advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, or TikTok.
- We send emails with health information and occasional paid promotions, and we may earn a commission. Unsubscribe any time.
Who we are
Men's Checklist (menschecklist.com) is operated by High Performance Media LLC, PO Box 721, Canyon, TX 79015. We are not a medical provider, clinic, or pharmacy.
What we collect
Your email address and consent record. When you sign up, we store your email address, the checklist you asked for, the page you signed up on, the date and time, and the exact wording you agreed to.
Messages you send us. If you use our contact form, we keep your name (if given), email address, and message so we can respond.
Email activity. Our email provider records whether emails were delivered, opened, or clicked, and unsubscribes. We use this to send fewer emails to people who aren't reading them and to stop emailing people who ask us to.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, we record which pages were viewed, the page you came from, and general device information. The address of a page, such as a prostate checklist page, can suggest what you were interested in.
If you arrived from an ad or link, the web address may include a code showing which ad or link sent you. We use it to see which ads work. It does not identify you by name.
How we use it
To send the checklist you asked for; to send emails with health information and occasional paid promotions for health products; to honor unsubscribes; to respond to messages; to keep the site working and secure; and to meet legal obligations.
Who we share it with
- Service providers that run the site, our database, and our email (they process data for us and may not use it for their own purposes).
- Product sellers, only to honor opt-outs. Some sellers require us to pass along the email addresses of people who unsubscribe, so those people are not emailed about their products by anyone. We share nothing else with them.
- When the law requires it.
We do not sell personal information or consumer health data. We do not share consumer health data with advertising platforms. If you buy a product through one of our links, you give your details to the seller at checkout, and their privacy policy applies. We do not receive your order details beyond confirmation that a sale happened.
How long we keep things
Your email and consent record are kept while you are subscribed and for up to 3 years after you unsubscribe, so we can prove consent and keep honoring your opt-out. Contact messages are kept for up to 2 years. Technical information is kept only as long as needed to operate the site.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from any email with the link at the bottom.
- Ask us to delete your information (we keep only what we need to keep honoring your unsubscribe).
Your rights by state
Washington. The My Health My Data Act gives you the right to confirm whether we collect, share, or sell your consumer health data; to get a list of the third parties we've shared it with; to withdraw consent; and to ask us to delete it. If we deny a request, you may appeal, and if your appeal is denied you may contact the Washington State Attorney General.
Nevada. You have rights over consumer health data under Nevada law, including to confirm, delete, and withdraw consent.
California. You may ask what personal information we hold, ask us to delete or correct it, and limit use of sensitive personal information. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are used in California law.
Connecticut, Colorado, Virginia, Texas, and other states with privacy laws. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your personal data and to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling. We don't sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.
Everyone else. Ask us anyway. We apply the same approach wherever we reasonably can.
How to make a request
Use our contact form and choose "Privacy request", or write to High Performance Media LLC, Attn: Privacy, PO Box 721, Canyon, TX 79015. Tell us what you're asking for and the email address you signed up with. We respond within 45 days.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change how we collect or use information, we will update this page and the effective date. If we ever want to share consumer health data in a new way, we will ask for your consent first.
