Men's Checklist earns money from some of the emails we send. When an email promotes a health product and you buy it through our link, the seller pays us a commission.

• Promotional emails say they are advertisements at the top, and product links are marked as paid links.
• The price you pay is set by the seller.
• We are not the seller. Questions about orders, shipping, or refunds go to the seller or the retailer named at checkout.
• A commission never changes what our checklists say. The checklists do not promote any product.
• Product claims in promotions come from the product's seller. The Food and Drug Administration does not evaluate dietary supplements for effectiveness before they are sold.
